During the design phase of your project we can investigate energy efficiency scenarios including building envelope upgrades, shading, natural ventilation and alternative energy methods to determine the best approach for your project. We also continue to look for value engineering opportunities throughout the design and construction phases of the project.

Sheetmetal Fabrication

Our shop is capable of fabricating almost any form of rectangular, round or oval ductwork in galvanized steel, stainless steel and most items available in aluminum, copper or other specialty materials. We stock galvanized steel from 26ga to 10ga and stainless steel in 24ga to 16ga, and various copper and aluminum materials. The majority of our work is done with ventilation ductwork, but we also work on various equipment, welded components, flashings, stainless steel backsplashes and custom fabrications.

Commercial HVAC Installation

Our field crews have a vast array of knowledge and experience in the trade. We pride ourselves on being team oriented within our company and with other crews and trades on jobsites. Our crews have extensive experience in commercial and industrial facilities.

Air Conditioning

We provide AC and refrigeration work with several experienced technicians. Typical applications include minisplits, variable flow refrigerant (VRF) systems, large split DX systems, data room cooling systems, military environmental control units and support and startup services for chillers and industrial equipment. We have technicians who are factory trained by manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Daikin, Trane, Liebert, Stulz and CompuAire

Testing and Balancing

We provide testing and balancing services for air and hydronic building HVAC systems. We are certified through the National Balancing Council for Air and Hydronic Balancing. We have provided a variety of balancing services over the last 10 years in the interior including Fort Wainwright, Fort Greely, Eielson Air Force Base and private businesses and residential homes in Fairbanks.
Many older buildings which have had various remodels, changes and additions do not function as they were originally intended. The building heating and ventilation systems do not work correctly. We can measure and diagnose several problems that are hard to find or solve without proper testing and balancing methods.
Other balancing services include Kitchen Hoods, Fume Hoods and duct leakage testing.

Commercial Kitchen Services

We provide commercial kitchen hood cleaning as well as service to kitchen ventilation equipment and grease traps. Our technicians are NFPA 96 and IKECA certified and can work with your schedule to create as little down time as possible while cleaning and servicing. Some companies only clean what you can see, but our technicians and extensive equipment, can completely clean all parts of your kitchen hood, fan and duct work. We also maintain and service HVAC equipment, fans and grease traps.

Duct Cleaning

We provide commercial and residential duct cleaning. We use high powered negative air machines with HEPA filters and a variety of brush systems to clean the inside of duct work from dryer ducts to large industrial duct work. We also clean fans, coils and other HVAC equipment to keep your ventilation systems clean and efficient.

Residential

We now provide residential services to our clients in the Fairbanks area. We install HRV’s, exhaust fans, kitchen hoods, dryer ducts, residential AC, forced air furnaces and much more. We can also help you convert or add high efficiency natural gas furnace to your existing home.

Light Commercial

If you have an established business and are looking to do a small remodel, we can help! We have a department that specializes in smaller, quick turnaround projects. we offer all the professionalism you’d get from a large commercial contract, but in a condensed package. When you have a business to run, we understand the necessity of getting work done right, within a quick time line and with limited downtime to you.
